私どもは、キャンドルおよび他の商品の香料の成分をなるべく正確に説明し、製品の実際の外観が分かるような写真を提供いたしますが、写真の色調はご使用のコンピュータにより異なることがあり、またキャンドルの香りや燃え方の記述の正確性はご使用の環境により異なることがあることを予めご承知ください。 私どもはいつでも事前通知なしに情報の誤り、不正確さ、遺漏を修正し、また更新する権利を有します。
3. 価格
商品の価格は商品説明に記載されています。商品購入時に、配送料と消費税が含まれた価格が提示され、お客様にその価格で請求がおこなわれます。配送先につきましては日本国内限定となります。
4. お支払いと領収書
クレジットカードまたは銀行送金でのお支払いを確認したうえで商品を発送いたします。 領収書は基本的に商品に同梱いたしますが、お客様のご希望により別送も受け付けます。
5. 個人利用のための商品、サービス

6. 不正防止について
私どものサービス提供条件やポリシーに反する詐欺行為や疑わしい購入を防止するために、疑わしい注文が為された場合、私どもは注文受付を拒否する権利を有します。その場合、注文に関して何か問題等があれば、お客様の連絡先に直接連絡いたします。したがって、お客様の情報は常に正確で最新のものであることを確認してください。
7. 発送
私どもは日本郵便やその他の宅配便を使用し、日本国内向けに商品を発送します。日本郵便も宅配便も追跡サービスがあるので発送時に配送に関する詳細や商品の追跡番号をお知らせします。商品が損傷して届けられた場合、私どもの返品および返金に関するポリシーをご覧ください。商品のお届け日は届け先により異なり、私どもは商品配達の遅れ等について責任を負いません。すでに発送済の場合、商品の遅れを理由に注文をキャンセルできません。 商品はあなたが指定した宛先住所に発送されます。宛先住所には、アパートやマンション、建物名や号棟、部屋番号等詳細情報を記入してください。

注文を受けた時点の在庫レベルに基づいて注文を受け付け発送します。在庫の関係で発送に遅れがでる場合、私どもはお客様に連絡し、納品予定日をお伝えします。 お客様は私どもが発送する前に限り注文の変更、キャンセルができます。私どもが発送する前に、お客様が注文をキャンセルされた場合、私どもはお客様が前払いされた代金を7営業日以内に全額返金します。

A-Toritani LLC., (hereinafter A-Toritani, we, our) provides this website as a tool to provide information about A-Toritani and A-Toritani products and as a tool for online purchases within Japan. This website is offered as a service and on condition that you (you, the user, the customer) accept all terms and conditions of service and policies (Privacy, Returns, Customer Service) stated here. By accessing or using any part of the website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of service and policies. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions of service and policies at any time and these updated terms will be posted on our website. Our website is hosted on Wix.com Ltd., and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You agree not to copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of this website.
2.0 Accuracy and completeness of information
We try our best to describe the smells of the candles and details of the other products by describing some of the perfume ingredients and by taking as true to actual pictures of the products. Please be aware that the colours of the products are also dependent on the IT system used. The smell of a candle and other products may be affected by the environments they are used in. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.
3.0 Prices
Prices are quoted in the product descriptions, pricing including shipping and tax are quoted at checkout and will be the price charged to you, the customer. Shipping covers Japan only.
4.0 Payment and receipt
Online payment by credit card or payment by bank wire transfer is accepted. Upon confirmation that payment has been done, we will ship your order. We will send a receipt with your order, however if you request, we can send the receipt separately.
5.0 Products and Services for Personal Use
Our products and service are for personal use only and not for resale or wholesale purposes. We limit orders to six (6) of any single item. However, for orders over six (6) items and/or to discuss resale/distributor options, please contact our customer service team at info@a-toritani.com
6.0 Fraud prevention
To prevent fraud or suspicious purchases in breach of our terms and conditions of service and policies we have the right to refuse an order. We will contact you at your contact information to inform you if we have any concerns about the order. Therefore, it is important that your information is correct and up to date.
7.0 Shipping
We ship orders within Japan using the Japan Post Service and the Takuhaibin Service. Both services provide tracking services and we will provide you with the delivery details and the tracking number when we send your order. If the shipped item arrives damaged, then please see our Returns Policy. Delivery times vary due to destination and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order, if it has already been dispatched. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you have provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building and room number.
8.0 Modifying and cancelling orders
We accept and deliver all orders based on available stock levels. If there is a delay in delivery date due to an availability issue, then we will contact you and give information on likely delivery times. You can modify/ cancel your order prior to us dispatching the order to you. If you cancel your order (prior to dispatch) and we have received your prepayment then we will refund the amount within 7 business days.
